CAN I HAVE TREATMENTS WHILE BREASTFEEDING?

IS THE AREA WORKED ON GOING TO SCAB?

The answer is yes, however you must pump and dump for up to 24 hours after your appointment.

WILL I STILL NEED TO WAX OR TINT MY EYEBROWS?

The answer is no. The area treated won't scab when aftercare is adhered to correctly. Eyebrows will heal and fade during the 6 week brow polar phase and treated lips will become dry. However, aftercare will be tailored specifically to you. There is a list of things to avoid which will be outlined to you at your appointment. Aftercare will also be sent to you in text along with what to expect while they heal. 

Our treatments do not affect your eyebrow hair growth, therefore if you regularly get waxed, you will still need to do so. However, the eyebrows themselves will be more defined, drawing attention away from stragglers. Clients find after our eyebrow treatments they no longer feel they need to maintain them with regular tints. In particular, if you want to limit tints and have a permanent tint look, we can add shading, powder or a combination brow. 

DOES IT HURT?

At Phi Me we use an anaesthetic that numbs the area treated. Clients regularly comment on how threading and tweezing treatments are more uncomfortable than our own treatments and often nap during treatment.

CAN I SHOWER AFTER?

CAN I WEAR MAKE-UP AFTER?

Yes, you can wear make-up, but please avoid applying make-up to the treated area for at least 3-7 days after your treatment. 

DOES THE 2 PERSON DEAL HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME DAY?

Yes, in order to avail of 2 people deal both clients must attend the clinic and on the same day. If one client cannot make that day, then both appointments will have to be cancelled and rescheduled for another day that suits both clients. These are the terms and conditions behind the deal. Please take note of this at the time of booking.

Of course you can shower, but I do recommend to avoid getting the treated area wet during the first few days post treatment. If showering, I would recommend to do so in the morning and apply your aftercare using clean cotton buds before the shower to act as a barrier. 

DO I HAVE TO PRE BOOK MY TOP UP? 

We highly recommend pre booking your top up around the time of your first appointment. We send before and after results within 48 hours of your first appointment, You will then be asked when suits best for your top up and the booking will be made at a time and date that suits you. There is generally a 6 week wait for our clinics with only occasional appointments becoming available so pre booking top ups is essential and always our number one priority. 

ARE DEPOSITS REQUIRED?

For now, We do not require a deposit unless it is peak season, for example; the post Covid-19 back log and Christmas. When requiring deposits, they can be paid via Revolut on 0857100055 or payment link via our card-reader. We always urge clients to please give notice for cancellations, as the demand for appointments are high and a 48 hour cancellation policy is in place.

REFUND POLICY

DO YOU CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE?

We charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of appointment. 

This fee will be charged via a payment link to your contact number or email address. No shows will also be sent a cancellation fee payment link.

Please note: If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged in full.

We charge this fee due to the difficulty of filling last minute cancellations, having a number of cancellations is detrimental to our small business.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  By booking with us, you recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances
